Once an order is placed, all sales are final. Pawfect Challenge does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or defective due to manufacturing. The damaged item needs to be sent back before receiving the replacement item. If damaged due to usps, please reach out to your local usps as they will be the ones to refund for this issue. Please email us so we can address this issue before being shipped back to us.
Defective items need to be shipped back within a week of receiving them to qualify for a replacement.
In the chance that a refund is made, a fee will be charged to cover shipping and transaction fees.
Once a label is created, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information or an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship back out. This is necessary to get your package as all sales are final. We will not reship an item until the original item is delivered back to us.
Any issues with delivery, please reach out to your local USPS so they can help troubleshoot. Please ask USPS for the delivery coordinates if you have not received your package prior to reaching out to us. This is necessary for us to know how to move forward with this problem. If you do not receive your package within a week of saying it was delivered, please reach out to us via email if the above actions were already taken. There is insurance on the package that covers if it is not delivered to the correct address or gets lost.
